Recently, the Chamber worked with a Master's student from Trine University to develop a high-quality, structured, rewarding volunteer program. Volunteers are a critical piece to our organization. With engagement from our members, we are able to be a stronger support to the business and community in DeKalb County. In philosophy and in practice, volunteers are at the core of the Chamber. They plan an integral part of a dynamic volunteer organization whose primary purpose is to make DeKalb County a great place to live, work, and play through creating a culture of business, community, and education. Working with the Chamber is a special opportunity. We hope volunteers will find their association with the Chamber a matter of both pride and satisfaction that will be mutually productive and enjoyable.
