Crystal Church
Crystal Church is a passionate advocate, nonprofit leader, and seasoned speaker dedicated to advancing the human rights of marginalized and protected populations—particularly individuals navigating mental health challenges and diverse disabilities. With a degree in Human Service Management Administration, Crystal brings over 25 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, strategic planning, and program development.
An ordained minister and Executive Director, Crystal’s work spans across diversity, equity, inclusion, and neurodiversity initiatives. She is a sought-after trainer and consultant, known for creating inclusive environments and championing accessibility in workplaces, communities, and educational institutions.
Her extensive background includes roles in job coaching, case management, crisis response, and human rights training. A dynamic communicator, Crystal has spoken at universities, conferences, and community forums nationwide. Her theater and improvisational training, combined with her experience as a speech and debate coach, make her presentations both powerful and engaging.
In addition to her professional work, Crystal is active in civic leadership. She serves as President of the nationally accredited Angola Main Street and is a committed Rotarian. Her impact has been recognized through multiple accolades, including the prestigious Fort Wayne Business Weekly 40 Under 40 award and multiple Nonprofit of the Year honors.
Outside of advocacy, Crystal is a performance coach and choreographer at The Dance Factory in Coldwater, Michigan, where she has led the competitive team Dance Trilogy to success for more than two decades. She lives in Angola, Indiana, and remains dedicated to creating spaces where every voice is valued and every person has the opportunity to thrive.
