Hot Head Burritos is proud to announce the grand opening of its newest location in Auburn, Indiana. To mark the occasion, a ribbon cutting ceremony will be held on Tuesday, July 8 at 12:00 PM, hosted by the DeKalb Chamber Partnership.

NIPSCO recently received approval to adjust its electric rates. The newly approved rates will be phased in over multiple steps beginning in July through the beginning of 2026.

NIPSCO, with support from the NiSource Charitable Foundation, is now accepting applications through July 18 for its Public Safety Education and Training Action Grant, offering $500–$5,000 to support safety-focused programs and training across northern Indiana.

Surf Internet has reached 200,000 fiber-optic passings across Indiana, Illinois, and Michigan, doubling its coverage since late 2023 and expanding high-speed internet access—especially in rural areas—with plans to reach 75,000 more locations by the end of 2025.

Surf Internet has been awarded $1.17 million through Indiana’s Connectivity Program to expand high-speed fiber-optic broadband to 245 rural addresses and 2,500 nearby homes and businesses across 16 Northern Indiana counties.
