Kimberly Teegarden serves as CFO and Transportation Director at the DeKalb County Council on Aging, where she oversees public transportation, senior services, strategic planning, financial management, compliance, fundraising, and nonprofit operations. She also serves on the DeKalb Community Foundation’s Mental Health for Transportation subcommittee.

With an accounting degree from Ivy Tech Community College and certifications in bookkeeping and payroll processing, Kimberly brings extensive financial expertise and operational leadership. Her career includes experience as a Controller in manufacturing and as a Bookkeeper in a tax and accounting firm.

Passionate about collaboration, public transportation, and financial stewardship, Kimberly is dedicated to strengthening community services and supporting the growth of DeKalb County through her role on the DeKalb Chamber Partnership Board of Directors.
